Well it is getting harder as I age but at least I have a sense of humor!
Just restarted after gaining 30 pounds over the past year. Would welcome friends to share the journey.
Best Wishes!

I'm over 60 (65), but am here maintaining weight (lost 50-some pounds in 2015, obese to healthy weight). Regretfully, I'm not very good about the MFP friend context (more of a Community forum gal, I guess), but do accept friend requests (after which I mostly disappoint people, I fear 😬).
Wanted to stop by your post and say "hi" and "welcome (back?)" nonetheless.
Wishing you much success with your goals!1 -
Thanks! You are an Inspiration.1
