Hey y’all. I’m 38, just getting off keto for something more sustainable. I have lost 82 lbs and hit a plateau and found that as a pescatarian I was lacking a lot of nutrients and have really enjoyed my focus this week on calories and more carbs( the good kinds ;-) )
