I’ve been at it for two weeks now and really haven’t lost much weight, I do see some changes, but I actually added inches when I’m trying to lose weight.

    Welcome Monica. I’m not sure what your diet is, but when I began the one biggest effect was switching my drinks to water, and lots of it. It filled me up and I didn’t want to snack much. And go on walks when the weather is nice, it relieves stress and doesn’t feel like exercise.
