    slow and steady wins the race! I have had the most success in the past with a more relaxed plan that I can tolerate for the long haul

    I’d love to be losing faster but it’s just not happening so slow and steady it is. I’ve been back here nearly 9 weeks and I’m 11 lbs down so it’s going alright really
