    You didn't give up if you are still doing it. That's good. Keep it up. Stopping for good is the only time people fail.

    Day 2 went well
    Day 3 I gave in to chocolate I was not supposed to have. After stumbling we get back on path

    Day 5- I feel amazing. I decided to add workouts to my routine and I started today.
