This is macros for today. Does it look alright?
Does it matter if I have more protein or carbs? Should these be in a particular ratio ?

Is that a whole day of eating? If not, it's pretty meaningless.
Also, it's calories that matter, for fat loss, period, especially in the short run. Macros are for nutrition, health, energy level, body composition, so important . . . but calories are the direct issue, when it comes to fat loss.
In the long run, nutrition can have an *indirect* effect on weight loss, in the sense that seriously poor nutrition could cause low energy, reducing your calorie expenditure in daily life and exercise; or can trigger cravings so make it hard to stick with a sensible calorie goal (and the cravings may not be cravings for the nutrition you need, because bodies are weird).
If you look at your food diary, you should see your total macros goals in grams as compared to your macro intake in grams. For good nutrition, for starters, you want to be somewhat close to the default goal values for protein and fat, interpreted as minimums. A little over/under is fine, close is good enough, especially if a little over on something one day, a little under the next, so it sort of averages out over time. (Bodies don't reset at midnight.)
As you learn more, you may find that you want to adjust your macro goals, either because you've learned more nuanced things about nutrition, or about your personal preferences for good energy and satiation. Within reasonable nutritional limits, adjusting the goals is fine, too. But at the start, just go for close the the defaults, and recognize that if weight management is your key goal, then calories are the key variable.

For one meal? ok
For the entire day? no1 -
As far as ratios, the Myfitnesspal default ratios are 50C 30F 20P, and a lot of people say a bit more protein is good - so you're on track with that one meal.
It's not engraved in stone, just do your best and learn as you go.0 -
