Does anyone know or can explain why when you log stenght in add exersise it doesn't show as burning calories. Or am I missing something. It logs the steps but not strength as far as I can tell 🤔

Look under the cardio section for strength training entries, but do be aware that strength training isn't going to burn a lot of calories. Just a thing - and hey they RESULTS of strength training (muscle) DOES up the calorie burn in life.3

Yup, log it under cardio. The strength training section is just there to log your lifts/sets/reps, etc and IMO more trouble than it's worth. I just use a notebook and a pen for that. I have found adding it under cardio to be a good enough estimate for calories burned...just keep in mind it's not that much relative to actual cardio for the same amount of time.4
