We grilled some boneless pork chops at lunch today and I put some in my salad. It was 5.5oz. I looked it up with MFP and the calories were all OVER the place..from 323 calories to 170 calories and some in between. How do I figure this out???

If it was a grilled pork loin chop (the kind with almost no visible fat), it should come in at roughly 39 calories per ounce. :
