Coconut milk based yogurt?? Where might one find this?! I think I've heard So Delicious makes it, but I haven't had any luck finding that in Oklahoma City.0 -
My usual suspects, mostly from Costco:
- loads of fruit & veggies (whatever is in season and/or on sale)
- chicken breasts
- pork tenderloin
- hummus
- greek yogurt
- unsalted nuts
- almond (or natural peanut) butter
- laughing cow
- salmon0 -
-Organic Chives
-Fresh collected eggs from my free range hens
-feta cheese (without modified milk ingredients!)
-organic spinach
-free-from chicken breasts
-chia seeds
-organic soy milk (unsweetened)
-organic Liberte Greek yogurt
-lots of fresh veggies/fruit for juicing0 -
