Isn’t it obvious that I’ve been eating really badly (too little and yet still too much of the bad stuff) and I’ve come here to claim for the billionth time that I’ve turned over a new leaf? :s

Aren't we all turning over new leaves often?

How about making a pact that it will?

What if that pact is unavoidably broken?
Isn't there bad karma for breaking a pact?

I shouldn't think there would be?

Wouldn't it depend on the reason for it being broken?

It's not a part of my normal diet, so should I feel guilty to be enjoying a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino right now?

Sounds that sound like a nice treat?

It was good, and shouldn't the fact that I just swam farther than I've ever swam (2200 yards in 72 minutes) offset the guilt?

Do you think my 7km urban adventure hike was enough to earn my steak and bakes potato?

Doesn't it depend on how many calories you burned during the hike and how big the steak and potato were?

What’s the difference between a hike an an urban adventure hike?

Aren't all hikes adventures? Isn't an urban one that takes place in a city instead of a forest?

Am I right to think of a hike as being on an unpaved path (or without path) versus a walk as being on paved surfaces?
I guess that means this morning, my "walk" was 3/4 walk and 1/4 hike?
Or does walk vs hike depend more on your attitude, energy, effort,...?

Will does this mean that if I have a positive attitude, lots of energy and put in more effort, than I am hiking instead of merely walking?

Can't I just skip the exercise since I'm doing the 8/16 Intermittent Fasting? 😉

Isn't exercising easier than dieting? Would you believe I'd rather exercise for a couple of hours to avoid counting calories?

Doesn't it depend on which exercises? Does walking leisurely count?

Well doesn't all movement burn calories? Just don't burn more quicker
