New to MFP

Hello,

I'm new to this particular app/website, however I've been using "Lose it" app since Feb. of this year and it work well for me. I lost 36 lbs and was able to run my first Half Marathon while using it. Wanted to give something else a try since I have become a little lazy on the other one. Looking for a fresh start. I would like to lose another 15-20 lbs and get down to 185-190.

  • If you like to run, I use a great app called runkepper,give it a try, it's great.

    Welcome aboard, Don! Congrats on losing the first pounds and achieving a fitness milestone! I'm a convert from Lose It, too. You'll find MFP to be a supportive community with many resources. (Side note: I use iMapMyRun (iPhone app) to track runs/walks.)
