Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such and inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

I am back! Last week was a write-off in the workout department. I injured my neck early in the week and it took a few days for it to heal enough to be able to move. I am back on track this week.

I would like to join the group! I just started back on MFP. I took kind of a summer break and have gained 7lbs since August 1st. I have not been exercising since around June / July and I need something to motivate me to start up my routine again.
