Apr 1: 278 (or 278.8. My scale is kinda messed up and i probably need to get a better one). A teacher, teaching virtual and in-person at the same time. Chained to a desk. Struggling to get steps and activity. Trying to do better.
Apr 8: 278.2 I don’t believe the 278 form last week (think it was an artificial low. I bough a new scale, so i feel more confident in this week’s number). Went on a walk around campus 2 days this week at lunch with my teacher friends. Trying to use the “far” faculty bathrooms whenever time permits. Trying to walk around the room more during work time when my virtual kids aren’t asking questions and i’m not filling out “paperwork”.
Apr 15: 273.9. Had a “woosh” after a long day at a STEM day camp with a group of students. Been pretty exhausted ever since. Rough weather and a rough week at school meant no lunch-time walks and a lot of sitting at my desk.
