I started my health journey again, this past January. Going strong so far, I've lost 35 pounds since January. Healthy eating and started back at the gym. I've now stalled, it's frustrating. Ive been doing 30 minutes if cardio and 30 minutes if weight trainkng...this week I intensified my cardio by moving the resistance up and weight training with heavier weights, hopefully that does the trick

    Welcome and congrats on the weight loss.

    I am not sure how much more you have to lose or what your goals are. If you goal is to tone up and add some muscle then I wouldn't be doing cardio every single day. Additionally when adding muscle the scale is not always the best reflection of loss, may want to take measurements.
