I don't have a desk.... or a set locker.... so i leave a few things in my purse like a fruit&nut or oats&honey nature valley bar. If I absolutely have to I can go next door to the grocery store and pick something up.0

I kept fruit in my drawer, but there was someone who kept going in my desk and stealing it. I put plastic fruit there instead, I looked and there were teeth marks on the apple, but it was put back, made my day...0

Right now I have:
Reduced calorie hot cocoa packets (25 calories - fantastic when you need a chocolate fix)
Microwave popcorn
Kashi TLC bars
Planters Nut-rition packets
I also try to include something extra in my lunch bag for a morning snack, (yogurt, apple, etc) I become ravenous between breakfast at 5 a.m. and lunch at 11 a.m.0 -

I work in a hospital... No desk for me. But in my locker you will find oatmeal packets, water, breath mints, peanut butter crackers, a box of kashi strawberry fields cereal, a can of soup, 3 hershey kisses and splenda. I always keep a veggie steamer bag in the comunal freezer. And I always have a Luna bar in my purse.0
