Snacks in your desk at work

I don't have a desk.... or a set locker.... so i leave a few things in my purse like a fruit&nut or oats&honey nature valley bar. If I absolutely have to I can go next door to the grocery store and pick something up.0

I kept fruit in my drawer, but there was someone who kept going in my desk and stealing it. I put plastic fruit there instead, I looked and there were teeth marks on the apple, but it was put back, made my day...0

Right now I have:
Reduced calorie hot cocoa packets (25 calories - fantastic when you need a chocolate fix)
Microwave popcorn
Kashi TLC bars
Planters Nut-rition packets
I also try to include something extra in my lunch bag for a morning snack, (yogurt, apple, etc) I become ravenous between breakfast at 5 a.m. and lunch at 11 a.m.0 -

I used to have a redbul fridge under my desk. When I decided to get healthy, I quit redbull. Only things in my drawers now are work related.0

Hmm I have the following goodness in my desk:
Fiber One Brownie snack (for those rough days)
Ready Rice in a micro bowl
Small cans of veggies
Drink mixes
Couple cans of soup
PB
Whey protein powder *and mixer cup*
And pretzel M&M's0 -
Packets of Instant Grits. I did have hot cocoa mix, but I was started to abuse it.0

I work in a hospital... No desk for me. But in my locker you will find oatmeal packets, water, breath mints, peanut butter crackers, a box of kashi strawberry fields cereal, a can of soup, 3 hershey kisses and splenda. I always keep a veggie steamer bag in the comunal freezer. And I always have a Luna bar in my purse.0

I have a locker!! Does that count?! If I left it at my nursing desk I am sure a patient would eat it all haha!!

80 Calorie Fiber One Cereal in plastic baggies all portioned out

Peanut butter (Jif Natural)
Several kinds of tea (Tazo Focus, Earl Grey, and Calm, as well as Lipton Pure Green Tea)
Orbit Peppermint gum (for those times when I think I'm hungry but really I'm just bored)
Occasionally I have some kind of dried fruit & nut mix and whole wheat crackers.
I also keep unsweetened applesauce, mandarin fruit cups, and smoked turkey in the break room fridge.0 -

Smoked almonds
Assorted teas
A bag of Dove Dark or Dove Raspberry Swirl
Cinnamon candies
Vitamins
Crystal Light
A can of smoked oysters...
I could live for a week off of what is in there!0
