Hi. My name is Lori and I am new to the boards. Im 48 years old and am trying to lose enough weight to fit into my clothes again. My goal is 1200 calories a day. would love to know what you are eating for snacks....those seem to be my most difficult entries each day. I walk my dog about a mile everyday but don't go to the gym. anyone do anything at home that helps tone up?

Welcome aboard. For starters, I only eat a Greek yogurt in the morning for breakfast. That'll save you a lot of calories right there and has the protein you need. To me it's silly to waste calories on bread, tortilla shells, etc., so I try to stay away from calories that don't have any "return of investment" and save those calories for when I cave into something like ice cream.1
