CRUSHED that there was no April 31th; it would have fixed everything! But I can't blame anything but myself for overeating and not tracking as well. Setting new ultimate goal for next month and hope things will move in the right direction this time.7 -

April 9th: 200.4 (not quite as low as I'd hoped. I was 199.8 on Saturday so was hoping for 199 by today. Unfortunately, got off track with Easter and sweets this past week. I have been working out almost every day though, which is still fairly new for me)
April 16th: 200.4 (I'm a bit discouraged by this. On Sunday, I had a good talk with myself as my birthday is coming up in a few weeks and I decided if I got serious, I could lose at least 5-10lbs before then. I currently have MFP set to lose 1.5lbs a week and this week, I ate under my calories every day and worked out all but one day. I was hoping I would at least be out of the 200s! Next week!!)
April 23rd: 201.2 (I forgot this week was my TOM and I also ended up ordering a delicious & comforting fried oyster dinner delivery meal after a frustrating failed attempt at making some healthier sweet potato and cauliflower pierogies with cassava flour. I did see 199.0 this week on Monday, yay, so hopefully this will shoot back down in a few days.)
April 30th: 199.8 (didn't reach my goal, but made some progress. I worked out a lot more this month and made healthier choices)8 -

I was really hoping to break into the next pound down, but I'm happy to still be progressing.
NSV, I bought a new pair of jeans after 2 people at work commented on how baggy they were and I was able to go down a size! I knew they were a bit loose, especially in the thighs, but I wasn't sure I could size down because I hold weight in my abdomen. Plus, now that I'm wearing a properly fitting pair, I feel so much better with how I look.7 -

Apr 08: …208.2 No explanation except that I did have 2 adult beverages. I went on a wonderful hike following the river, ate healthy and stayed busy yesterday. Pushing water today.
Apr 15: …207.6 Right back where I started. Kicking self in butt.
Apr 22: …207.2 My second shot of Moderna today. Just feeling a bit tired so far, no headache, fever, chills or aches at this time. Weight is down a bit from last week. We’ll see how it goes on the scale in the upcoming days. I had a lot of travel this week (including restaurants) so we’ll see how it catches up to me.
Apr 29: …207.2 I am retaining water today so my final weigh-in tomorrow will be more accurate.
Apr 30: …206.2 I am ending the month 2.0 lbs down. It’s not goal, but it’s the first time in awhile I have lost and feel at my true weight. I hope May will continue a good trend for me. Great job to all who stayed with it for the month and are still here! I’ll see you in May!

There are certain points when weight loss gets harder. When I get back below an overweight BMI is one, and this stage, when I’m really close to goal, and no longer feeling as big, fitting into most of my old clothes etc is another. It’s harder when you want it less than you did... but kind of still do want it...4 -
Back at it again this month. Started lifting weights this month, so as I near my goal weight I expect to slow down loss as I hope to build muscle

Apr 29: 170.6 up .9 lbs from the previous 2 days, but still down for the week, no idea why, hopefully will be meet goal tomorrow.
Apr 30: 169.6 Down 6.4 lbs for the month, very pleased.
