    Ah well... accidental maintenance month. 🙈😂

    There are certain points when weight loss gets harder. When I get back below an overweight BMI is one, and this stage, when I’m really close to goal, and no longer feeling as big, fitting into most of my old clothes etc is another. It’s harder when you want it less than you did... but kind of still do want it...

    April 2: 160 - had a super busy day at work, fell asleep on the couch at 6 before eating dinner, so we'll see if it lasts
    April 5: 160.6 - buffalo cauliflower and tacos
    April 9: 159.6 - candy all over the office, but managed to avoid most of it besides a handful of jelly beans
    April 12: 159 - happy with my a1c and lipid panel!
    April 16: 157 - unexpected, but ate clean during the week and worked out everyday
    April 19: 155.6 - quiet weekend, was able to watch what I ate and go to the gym
    April 23: 154 - distracted by preparing a presentation for work, snacked less. Need to up my water intake
    April 26: 154.4 - drank more water
    April 30: 154.8 - trader joe's haul

    Hit my goal!

    I'm in! I'm 71years old, 5'5" tall. I workout w/a trainer 3 times a week and walk 5 times a week. Weight loss has been tough.
