I need an *kitten* kicking! I have been doing terrible!! I feel like I have lost focus and need help setting myself straight.....

I have been slacking on my exercises....And barely sleeping....

This is not a whine this is me ranting about how crappy Ive been lately....I have no or have lost motivation.....

I keep saying yeah Ill do better tomorrow but then tomorrow turns into next week.....

Sorry I probably should have blogged but this was faster and I knew youd all understand.....and maybe volunteer to Kick my *kitten* for me!

    Hey,

    Im exactly the same!! Ive gone from 17 st 8lbs to 15st 3lbs and I think Im becoming complacent!!! Im finding excuses not to go to the gym and started drinking beers more!!!! I NEED TO HAVE MY *kitten* KICKED BACK INTO THE GYM!!!!

    I'm going to say something different here.

    Get your sleep in order. You need a pattern here. Go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time. If you need too, see a doctor about a sleeping pill. It's what has begun to help me. I seem to nap a lot after I get home from the gym.

    I bring my Ipod to the gym and say oh, I will listen up to this song, then push myself further from there. Dig into your deeper strength.

    You know I came here looking for motivation and you provided it for me. Now I know I am not alone.

    I feel you Shan. I am the same way lately, even though I am still losing, just haven't been feeling it. It's a ****ty feeling to come this far and to have worked this hard to just give up. Just not feeling it though.

    I have just spent a day with coaches and finding how to get kids to hustle,,,, they did it for them so they better damn do it for us come next practice, when i want drills run at full speed I mean full speed so you better bring your A game or the whole team suffers because of your lack of commitment,,, no give me lap, then give me 20 sit up, 20 press-ups andand finish with 20 squats
