Connecting fitbit

I'm having real trouble connecting my fitbit account and I don't know why. It just doesn't connect...
I had it loaded against another profile with MFP, and I've revoked this. But it still won't connect to my present account.

Just so annoying. Any tips?

I don't have a Fitbit, I'm a Garmin Girl, but I know from posts around the boards, there's a rather temperamental relationship between MFP & most of their integration partners.

I have found in the past sometimes if you've tried via the app and that didn't work, then try doing it on the web version and vice-versa.

It's also worth checking the support page to make sure there's no current known issue preventing it from working.

Thanks for the links tinkerbell. It's really painful, and complicated because I had it under another login that I'm trying to remove. Whenever I try to load it in, it won't go. I'll read the threads and see if that helps.
