April 2: 160 - had a super busy day at work, fell asleep on the couch at 6 before eating dinner, so we'll see if it lasts
April 5: 160.6 - buffalo cauliflower and tacos
April 9: 159.6 - candy all over the office, but managed to avoid most of it besides a handful of jelly beans
April 12: 159 - happy with my a1c and lipid panel!
April 16: 157 - unexpected, but ate clean during the week and worked out everyday
April 19: 155.6 - quiet weekend, was able to watch what I ate and go to the gym
April 23: 154 - distracted by preparing a presentation for work, snacked less. Need to up my water intake
April 26: 154.4 - drank more water
April 30: 154.8 - trader joe's haul

I'm in! I'm 71years old, 5'5" tall. I workout w/a trainer 3 times a week and walk 5 times a week. Weight loss has been tough.
