Jillian Michael 30 day shred- Do u also do Cardio with it?

Hi Guys, I want to start on Jillian Michael 30 day shred today but I was also wondering the people that have done this and got results, did you guys also include cardio in it like cross-trainer or treadmill?

    I did some treadmill or walking at the park but not every day. Good luck on your journey!

    When I did 30DS for the first time I added in some walking a few days a week. I did a 2nd round of 30DS and by then I added in jogging for about 30-40 minutes a few days a week. I never did the 30DS every day of the week--usually 5-6 days per week.

    I do the JM 30 Day Shred on the days I don't run. I tried it as my main cardio for about 2.5 weeks, and it's just not enough. It's a good off-day exercise though, combined with more strength training and/or a walk in the evening.

    I am doing either C25K or just a brisk walk in addition to the 30DS. I do have to take a break between, I can't do them back to back or I would collapse. LOL
