    Let's see if I can achieve this. I have a bonus this month because I ate salty food two days in a row at the end of April. I have three methods - keeping active, tracking my food and exercise.

    Weighing in a day earlier as I won't have scales from tomorrow for 6 days. Also getting my new fitbit versa 3 this morning. Woop woop!

    Starting today with a vacation in a month. Just want to feel good and strong. Doing the plank challenge and working on accountable eating. Had back surgery 3 months ago so exercise is challenging but can walk. Good luck to all and remember your beautiful

    I did reach my previous UGW of 110 lbs in August 2020 but gained weight every month since and I felt 110 lbs was too low.

    I've found my new UGW (maintenance) aim of 115 to 122 lbs. I'm using Fitbod app in hopes of slowly gaining muscle as I reach for my new maintenance goal.
