First weigh in a dissapointment , stayed the same! . Followed plan, more exercise! Clothes feel looser though😟.

    About the most common complaint on this board is the tiny loss, no loss, or gain right after starting a new or increased exercise plan. You can research this to get the specifics but the short answer is newly stressed muscles retain water.

    Don't give up... You will see things start to move. Make sure you drink water and record everything you eat. It will move!

    I always suggest taking measurements too. The scale is not and should not be the end of all be all for progress!

    Don't be a slave to the scale.

    Hop on the scale twice a month, that way you will see results.
