Back again. I started off so well in April and it went downhill. Determined now more than ever to drop 5+lbs in May!

A bit late starting this one but I need to do something zndreally need a kick up the backside. The weight is creeping up and up and I am starting to feel crap about it.

Starting today with a vacation in a month. Just want to feel good and strong. Doing the plank challenge and working on accountable eating. Had back surgery 3 months ago so exercise is challenging but can walk. Good luck to all and remember your beautiful4

I did reach my previous UGW of 110 lbs in August 2020 but gained weight every month since and I felt 110 lbs was too low.
I've found my new UGW (maintenance) aim of 115 to 122 lbs. I'm using Fitbod app in hopes of slowly gaining muscle as I reach for my new maintenance goal.
