Looks awesome...congrats! Just started my journey 3 weeks back. One additional thing that is working well for me is to not have food or calorie rich drinks after 6 PM.2

As a tribute to you I bought some 'extravagant' leggings recently 😉 They were only 5 euros and since I only work out at home, I thought they would be fun to wear (I usually wear black leggings, so it's bold for me 😁).

I'm currently still inching my weight down slowly to find my 'ideal' weight and considering the past Covid year I haven't really invested in a new wardrobe.
But now I've been invited to a garden party in three weeks, so I've been rooting around in my wardrobe to see if I need to go shopping or not.
I'm not sure if this outfit makes the cut for the garden party, but I tried out on old belt as an accent (the decorative slits allowed me to tighten it sufficiently): quite a difference between my original and current waist size!

Today is my 2 year anniversary on MFP, yay me 😁
My journey in numbers:
- I’ve lost 30 kg (66 lbs) from a starting weight of 94.2 kg (207.6 lbs) to my current weight of 64.2 kg (141.5 lbs),
- I’ve lost nearly 32% of my original bodyweight
- I’m down from a BMI of 34.2 to my current BMI of 23.3
- I've gone from wearing mostly 2XL and sometimes 3XL clothes to mediums and even smalls
So I've lost 13 of these blobs!
Time for some updated progress pics, giving me the opportunity to try some workout clothes that I bought a while ago and finally fit into:
And nicely dressed up for a party:
What next? I've already gone beyond my original goal weight, but I still think my fat percentage is too high, so I'll continue to lose weight slowly and continue to strength train alongside my cardio (running and rowing). Probably 5-10lbs more, I'm re-evaluating as I go 🙂8 -
