Help gaining weight

I have never had luck family in the past I’ve always been around 100 pounds.
Evening after having a child I won’t back down to 100.
How much more calories should I be in taking to gain weight while breast-feeding?

Fat? Muscle ? Both?1 -
Yes I like to gain fat I tried a lot in the past but nothing has helped I’m hoping staying on top i’m counting my calories will help but i do you have a high metabolism and on top of it I breastfeeding so no matter how much I consume or try any of those drinks that marketed toward Weight gain nothing seems to help.0
