Restarting, Accountability buddies needed

For the last year I have been focusing on too many things at once and have had a self critical, restrictive mentality on food and nutrition. Now with a chronic lung disease and more meds, I need some help kick-starting the motivation to get these 20 pounds gone. I know it's not much, but it's enough to make a difference in a lifestyle I miss. I'd you are interested in connecting or know you are a source of inspiration, please please reach out, and connect.
