I use canned and I drain and wash them, dry them off, couple dashes of olive oil, season, put on cookie sheet and roast at 425 degrees for 30-45 minuted till nice and crunchy. My new favorite snack.

I love me some roasted chick peas. Very high-fiber and filling. Just make sure there a bathroom nearby (sorry for the TMI but it's true! LOL)

I made some today! Boiled them in vinegar before roasting for salt and vinegar chick peas...om nom nom.
