    5/12 - 62.7kg. A good start. Gym done
    5/13 - 62.9kg. A small blip but gym done so working on it going down tomorrow.
    5/14 - 62.7kg. A public holiday here so a late start to the day. Heading off to the gym any minute.
    5/15 - 62.7kg. Loving the long weekend

    JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~ Round 150 (round 82 for me ) I continue to prove time after time that I need this to help me keep on track! Thank you @QuiltingJaine for setting up the new challenge.

    Female age 63 5' 4” - Challenge again for this round; need to continue to head back to maintenance weight– get back to and stay at or >130. A healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.

    Keep calm – we're all in this together! Wash hands, be kind, continue to follow all latest Government guidelines in roadmap to normality for C-19 virus. Be positive for the vaccine – I've had my first, second is due this round.
    Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, It's took me 75 rounds to achieve my under 130 target; back to maintenance again!! A healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.

    5/12 132.4 – 11.33 miles walked yesterday,calories well in credit. Little DGS more stable; started to reduce fast flow oxygen to see how he reacts, started milk feeds again & talk of moving him out of IC to HDU, fingers crossed he continues to improve.
    5/13 132.4 – 13.83 miles walked yesterday, mostly to and from my vaccination volunteering session. Calories well in credit. DGS back on HDU, fetched him off diuretics after he passed a litre of urine as they don't want him to lose too much fluid too quickly, but now he has started to swell up again, so restarted lower dose & started him on a little solid food too which bowels seem to be tolerating, all positive, but still a long way to go!
    5/14 132.4 – 4.34 miles walked yesterday; another day taking older DGS out for the day, calories over.

    5/15 133.2 – 10.88 miles walked yesterday, calories under goal.

    5/17 second vaccination (hurray!) Next stage of roadmap back to normality today; 6 people allowed to meet up indoors,pubs, restaurants, cinemas, theatres all open indoors again.

    @deepwoodslady Your daughter needs to understand how GRAVE your health situation is. Neither she nor her child and especially YOU, need to eat a bunch of junk. Don’t buy it. Not sure how old DGS is but he CAN learn to eat healthy and have healthy snacks like veggies- our granddaughter loved broccoli at the age of 2! Now att 18, she still does!
