Newbie - welcoming tips & friends

Hello everyone 🌹 my name is Natalia.

Newbie here - Ive been off the gym for over a year now but lucky me I didnt do too much damage! Ive been thinking of competing, setting myself a challenge in order to give my all in the gym & health.
Ive recently found out about an under active thyroid playing up in my body! Big wake up call to bring all the attention to my health & make some big changes.
I will not be having a coach due to financial reasons so this competing journey (for now) will be down to my own research, tips & advice from any kind souls who are willing to help, and info from the internet really.
