I went into the YMCA today to renew my member ship and to my surprise there was a Zumba Gold class getting ready to start. I love Zumba but have not been able to keep up with a regular class. This was perfect . So I got my work out in for the day. :bigsmile: Hoping this will help me get down that last 2lb till I deliver.0

This week will be the hardest for me. Will be spending 4 days out of town and in the hospital with my 5 year old. She is having major surgery and with the stress plus no exercise don't know how much I'll lose if any.0
