    Start Weight - 187 so if my math is correct to do 5% would be 9lbs so my
    Goal Weight - 178

    So excited :)

    CW 196 lbs
    5% = 9.8 so I am going to round up to 10lbs
    GW for Halloween 186lbs<----Haven't weighed this in over 10 years!

    I'm totally in!! Halloween is only 3 days after my Birthday, so it's perfect! (: Not sure what my current weight is, but it's around 150 or 155lbs. I will weigh myself tonight or tomorrow morning on empty stomach (probably best).
