Covid was tough! I lost track and let my fitness health get away from me. Happily, I am back on track with diet, exercise, and a positive attitude. 10 more to go and I can start running again. Currently only doing peloton which has been amazing. Glad to be back on the road. As an older guy it’s a big deal!

    Good job so far! I’m just curious. Why do you have to wait for ten pounds loss to begin running again? It sounds like you’re looking forward to it as a reward? Why wait?
