    1st - 172.0 (blip due to friend's birthday dinner last night)
    8th - 166.1
    15th - 166.1...all over the place this week, happy to have stayed the same to be honest!
    22nd - I was out of town
    29th - 167.4

    Congratulations to everyone on their losses this month! Not a great month for me but I kept logging in and didn't go totally off the rails so there's that. I guess I can recycle my goal for June...

    I did reach my previous UGW of 110 lbs in August 2020 but gained weight every month since and I felt 110 lbs was too low.

    I've found my new UGW (maintenance) aim of 115 to 122 lbs. I'm using Fitbod app in hopes of slowly gaining muscle as I reach for my new maintenance goal.

    Height - 5 ft

    I will be keeping the Thursday weigh-in (in addition to the 1st and last day of the month for the full tally)

    May Goal Weight: 201.2 (5 lb loss)
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 145-155 (I’ll know when I get there).

    May 01 : 206.6 Good Luck Everyone!
    May 04: 206.6 Up and then back down to starting weight. I don’t exactly call that progress. More like a blessing. Now…..For some Progress!....
    May 11: 206.8 Plateau?
    May 18: 206.8 Again
    May 25: 209.8 Yikes! Now I want the 206’s back again. Off the rails here!
    May 31: 206.4 Okay, so that is better than last week but is up 0.2 for the month. Disappointed but determined.

    Total Weight Loss for May: 0.2 lb gain.

    Final Challenge Thoughts: I am committed to making June better!
