I am somewhat unique in my weight loss journey. I used this back in the day, and lost 60 pounds! Here's the crazy part... the part my physical therapist doesn't get. I am in a wheelchair. I am unable to get my heartbeat up. Well, I weigh ~175 and want to see how low I can go!

Wow, that is a unique challenge! Is it that your heart rate is limited by a health condition, or is it that it's challenging to exercise at an intensity that increases your heart rate. It's wonderful that MFP has helped you in the past, so I'm sure you can do it again. I've noticed that there have been other wheelchair users posting here sometimes, such as this guy:
