I am always game for more friends.
I am a 41-year-old self-employed Mom and am down almost 90 pounds and still love popsicles, hummus, and chips (along with copious amounts of veggies). I have about 45 more to go to my ultimate goal weight but plan to keep doing this in a sustainable way losing about 1lb a week.
I recently took up running and am loving getting healthier with my daughter.2 -
Been using the app on and off for a good 7 years or so, and itโs been super helpful. Trying to get back on track, and could definitely use more friends for motivation and accountability! ๐2

If any of you eat well-rounded nutritional diets and like to track nutrients and macros and share your diaries with friends, I'd like to get some friends like you. I am on day 1 of trying to get in enough potassium and iron while also trying to stay within reasonable macros/calories. I only got the luxury of getting to work from home for the 1st 2 months of the "pandemic" and during those 2 months, I was able to eat so much healthier and workout. After I started going back into the office, I gained so much weight - 20 lbs in only a year!! So, today is my 1st day of trying to turn this around. - oops didn't realize till too late that this post is way old!! I don't know how to delete so I'll just add to tell you this.0
