Hello,

My weight loss journey started a year ago. I went to to the doctors office and they took my weight and it was 252. The heaviest I’ve ever been weighed in my life, I knew I had to make a change. I started doing cardio and watching what I ate, I got to 232 after 4 months. Then I decided to become a vegetarian and lost 15 more lbs and then winter came. I wasn’t able to lose weight during the winter months. I realized I wasn’t getting enough protein. I hired a personal trainer and started building muscle. I downloaded this month ago. It helps me consume the correct amount of nutrients. My weight loss has started again and I feel determined to hit my goal of 195 lbs. Today I weigh 212.6 lbs
