So my old Myfitnesspal account is connected to my fitbit account, l have revoked it in fitbit but when l try to add this new myfitness pal app it still says their is a Myfittnesspal app still attached to the fitbit account, l do t k ow my old myfittnesspal account details, hence why l made a new account, does anyone know how l can disconnect old account from fitbit please. When l rang fitbit and went through it with me they said l needed to get in contact with my fitness pal, but l have no way of being able to contact them. Thanks in advance.

    you can dissconnect through your fitbit app and mfp through settings

    You can't correct this issue yourself.
    And you can contact MFP - Help button takes you the route to create ticket.
    Be clear and provide the username of the prior account.
