dont be scared! you can try doing what you can do. im not going to lie, ive done about 3 of her workouts, and they are a challenge. but doing what you can, and keeping up with it, you'll be amazed at what you can accomplish!0 -
I am pregnant so I take it easy with regards workouts. I exercise on daily basis but not so intensive.
