for me - I try to select items that are easier to digest. I don't sleep well if I consume too much and/or 'dense' foods.

This is likely a horrible late night idea for anyone with any sort of stomach issues but I just had it and I realized it would be perfect for an end of day thing.

    serving of tortilla chips (160ish)
1 serving of old el paso taco sauce (5 cals)
1 or 2 servings of old el paso creamy queso sauce (20 cals each, 40 total)
Warm briefly in microwave if you want.

Roughtly 200 calories, so not SUPER low but it sure as heck killed my nacho and salt craving. And using the hotter sauce means I was slowed down enough to be more than satisfied by just a bit.

Actually let me do it this way for you:

Combine in interesting ways to satisfy you
Old El Paso creamy queso sauce
    Taco sauce
Powdered seasoning packets (Ranch or taco)
    Raw vegetables
    Popcorn
    Low fat cottage cheese
    low fat greek yogurt
    light cool whip
almond or coconut milk whipped cream in a can
    sugar free chocolate syrup
    sugar free jello
    sugar free pudding mix
    powdered peanut butter
    reduced calorie hot chocolate mix
    berries
    melon

For added satisfaction combine in ways that combine protein, fiber, and add fat (avocado, or switch the dairy options for full fat)

I like to do a little bit of Halo Top ice cream.
