6/1 - No Walk - 18,920 Steps
6/2 - No Walk - 11,777 Steps

My goal is to do 7k-10k steps a day and 4 total miles a day!
My watch isn't logging my workout miles, so I'm just going to up my daily miles to 4 and log whatever miles I do for the day
6/1- 4,870 steps/ 2.0 miles (no workout today)
6/2- 3,882 steps/ 1.6 miles (no workout today, having weird tummy pains)
6/3- 2,756 steps/ 1.2 miles (no workout today, decided to not have coffee today and it left me with the worst
headache, so didn't feel well and slept early)
6/4- 6,822 steps/ 2.8 miles (walked the dog for 30 minutes)
Steps Total- Goal: 18,330 / 250,000
Mile Total- Goal: 7.6 / 1202 -

Definitely not a good start for me this month, but I knew this was going to be a difficult week to get walks in. Should hopefully get back on track this upcoming week.

headache, so didn't feel well and slept early)
6/4- 6,822 steps/ 2.8 miles (walked the dog for 30 minutes)
6/5- 7,796 steps/ 3.2 miles (Did an hour of chores/cleaning at home and moved around a lot. Somehow gained a lb )
