Ok our JUNE walk/jog/run/bike miles challenge! Choose your mode of exercise miles & come as often as you can too log progress so that WE can share in your victory!

I know I'm getting off to a slow start, but I had an appendectomy (laproscopic) a week ago and am easing back into my walking.3 -

June 4.......biked for 41 mins today. Realized after that it didn't track miles. 😒
I'm guessing 6 miles, based on an average leisurely ride is around 6 min per mile.4
