Ok our JUNE walk/jog/run/bike miles challenge! Choose your mode of exercise miles & come as often as you can too log progress so that WE can share in your victory!

I set myself a goal of at least 105 walking miles!

    Hi. I'm also new in the group. I'm going to set a goal of 100 walking miles in June and 300k steps.

    6/1 - 6216 steps and 1/2 mile walking

    I know I'm getting off to a slow start, but I had an appendectomy (laproscopic) a week ago and am easing back into my walking. :smile:

    June 4.......biked for 41 mins today. Realized after that it didn't track miles. 😒
    I'm guessing 6 miles, based on an average leisurely ride is around 6 min per mile.
