My goal is to do 7k-10k steps a day and 2 miles of walking/elliptical/cycling a day!
6/1- 4,870 steps (no workout today)
6/2- 3,882 steps (no workout today, having weird tummy pains)
6/3- 2,756 steps (no workout today, decided to not have coffee today and it left me with the worst headache, so
didn't feel well and slept early)
Steps Total- Goal: 11,508 / 250,000

Went out again this evening when it wasn't so hot and got some more time in:
June 4 (second ride)
Cycling Distance: 3.0 miles

June 4.......biked for 41 mins today. Realized after that it didn't track miles. 😒
I'm guessing 6 miles, based on an average leisurely ride is around 6 min per mile.4 -

My watch isn't logging my workout miles, so I'm just going to up my daily miles to 4 and log whatever miles I do for the day
6/1- 4,870 steps/ 2.0 miles (no workout today)

Definitely not a good start for me this month, but I knew this was going to be a difficult week to get walks in. Should hopefully get back on track this upcoming week.
