I finally made it to Onederland!!!

I can’t believe this journey I have been on. I have lost 120.5 pounds!!! I was at my heaviest at 320 pounds and one day I said look I’m starting a new job and I want to try to lose weight and that’s where it started. I always told my self man if I was at 250 I would be soooooo happy but once I got to 250 I still didn’t feel like I lost a lot and still look the same. So I kept on going with it and fast forward to a year and 8 months I’m now at 199.5 and finally made it to my third goal. I feel like I’m out of goals now lol but I will come up with something. If I can do it you can do it too you just have to put the work into it.

Unless you decide that you want to lose more, now is the time to SLOOOOOOWWWLY transition to maintenance. You get a few more calories, but you should still keep doing basically the same thing for a while (tracking, exercise, food choices). Do this until the amount of food/activity that maintains your weight feels natural and intuitive, then, and only then, can you stop tracking (if you want to). Pick a trigger weight/measurement/belt hole etc for restarting losing if necessary so that you are on top of it quickly. Maintenance is much harder than weight loss for many because there isn't an end date and there is less positive feedback, so set yourself up for success.

Awesome dude great job! Try and find some fitness goals, and now that you're getting in shape, hone in on what kind of shape you want to be! (body-building, cardio endurance, CrossFit, etc) Don't stop here keep going man4
