My watch isn't logging my workout miles, so I'm just going to up my daily miles to 4 and log whatever miles I do for the day
6/01- 4,870 steps/ 2.0 miles (no workout today)
6/02- 3,882 steps/ 1.6 miles (no workout today, having weird tummy pains)
6/03- 2,756 steps/ 1.2 miles (no workout today, decided to not have coffee today and it left me with the worst
headache, so didn't feel well and slept early)
6/04- 6,822 steps/ 2.8 miles (walked the dog for 30 minutes)
6/05- 7,796 steps/ 3.2 miles (Did an hour of chores/cleaning at home and moved around a lot. Somehow gained a lb:s)
6/06- 7,615 steps/ 3.2 miles (More chores and cleaning at home)
6/07- 8,158 steps/ 3.4 miles (Went to the mall to get some walking in)
6/08- 3,464 steps/ 1.5 miles (no workout today)
6/09- 3,552 steps/ 1.5 miles (no workout today, but did some weights at home)
6/10- 2,595 steps/ 1.1 miles (no workout today, was pretty depressed from a conversation from the night before and went to bed after work)
