Back in the groove.........

Back on the diet again. I really flubbed up for two weeks. Back on board. Working in the yard today. Push mowing around the flowers and tight places in my yard. That ought to be good exercise, right?

    Maintaining a healthy weight is a lifelong pursuit, so two weeks will be but a blip on the radar if you pick yourself up and move forward.

    Working in the yard is great for the body and the brain!

    Yup. Every day is a new day. That's the gift :) Hang in there. Keep at it. It can be hard when the habits aren't well formed yet, the new lifestyle isn't intuitive, but you'll get there. You will.
