P90X Nutrition Guide

Hello, since I didn't actually purchase my P90X DVD's I didnt get the guide. I was able to locate it online but alot of the foods he recomends I am not a fan of at all. I mean for one who can eat a 6 egg white omlet!! That is hard for me considering I work at 6am, I am not waking up at like 4 so I can have time to make an omlet. So has anyone followed his guide but added their own tweak to it? Like ate different things but kept it in the same calorie and protein intake? Thanks!!

You want those abs? Eat the proteins. I'm at 200 of grams or more of protein a day and it's great. I'm seeing a dramatic difference and I've been on P90X for a little over a week. It sounds like a lot but you lose a lot. You have no idea what you're getting into til you do your first workout. I vomited after one of them. It's worth it though! Following the plan is vital for getting results.0

I bought the dvds, but i lost the nutrition guide when we moved... can you message me where i can find it? I've looked, but apparently not in the right spot... When I find it, I'm sure I will tweak it, using it as an outline...0

macros matter more then food choices, so go ahead and substitute foods0 -
Yeah, I don't mind eating the recomended protein just wanna get ideas on how to tweak it so I can eat stuff I enjoy. And I did finish my first week and I am on week two this week. But yeah it was pretty intense no throwing up but definatley sore!!0

Vdub, I just go by the categories... there is a nice color guide that says during phase one you can eat a certain number of carbs, fats, etc... I use it as a rough guide.
I do not eat Eggs, Dairy and try to avoid meats but I still eat chicken, turkey, fish and venison.... You can get protein suplements too.0 -
Ok, I will take a look at it again. I didn't see the outline how much of each to eat a day, but then again the one I found said it was missing pages!0
