Flabby arms!!!

I've lost 31 lbs so far but now my arms are looking pretty gnarly! I need to tone them up does any one have any suggestions for me??? Any exercises I can do???

Tricep dips on a chair are fantastic and of course push ups can do wonders! Good luck!!0

Check out the hundred pushup challenge (google it). You can do it with modified (girl) pushups, and OMG it works
It will also help tone up your core a bit too.

Push-ups, skullcrushers, shoulder press, bicep curls... but mostly pushups.0

I hear if one who loses a lot of weight from being heavy, it takes I believe years? for the skin to catch up with the body. ah, I can't remember exactly, but I know it does take a while.
