What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

I am unable to zip up my favorite pair of pants. They are just hanging, looking at me all sadly and stuff. Every time I close the closet door, I think I hear "My loneliness is killing me...". It brings tears right to my eyes.
So, my goal this month is to reconnect with them.16 -
I'm celebrating that around 30 weeks pregnant I've kept my weight gain to 10. With ten more weeks to go, the mini goal is to keep that to a pound a week, which will be pretty spot on for recommended gain.
Also to keep managing to exercise when I can, so I don't wake up postpartum unable to pick up my weights.12 -
I have 2.... one is to feel comfortable in a bikini by August and the second is a vacation planned in October. I'm definitely going to go somewhere sunny and hot so I want to look great!8
-
Raising my cardio score a few points...also hitting my 10% weight loss...almost there!13
-
Lose 2 more pounds to make my end of June goal weight9
-
To lose another pound and I'll be at the halfway mark. Started my journey March 5th and I've lost 22.4lbs so far. Slow and steady wins the race.10

5 pounds to go to my first mini-goal: 10% of my starting weight by my birthday in 2 months! (From 260 to 234). Fingers crossed!11
-
My next mini-goal: 5 lbs until I reach the weight the NIH designated as “healthy” for my height.
Woohoo!! So excited when I stepped on the scale this morning 🥳🥳🥳. I mean, I knew it was coming… but didn’t know when, was hoping it would be this week 🎉🎉.
My next mini goal is going to be a little bit more mini now that my weight loss has slowed down (nearing my goal). 2lbs until I enter back into the 120’s.10 -
To be able to walk for longer than 10 minutes without being out of breath and in pain, to not have to wear a seat belt extender the next time I'm on a plane17

I'm an aspiring author. I've already written the book. I'm doing some developmental rewrites after having it looked at it by an editor. I was thinking of how I wanted my professional image to match the dynamic woman that I am. So, in line with this new vision, I'm using it to propel me to my end goal.13

My super motivating goal right now is to be able to run all of a 5ish K trail I regularly walk. It's a shorter, easier one (still with some elevation gain and all but still). I can run probably 3/4th of it now. I want to run the whole thing, darn it.
It cooled off. I've done the whole trail.
I'm also now THREE pounds from 50lbs down and 139. I'm way less concerned with losing right now, but that's going to be a fun milestone and I'm getting there!10 -
My birthday is in about a month. (July 12). I would like to be down at least 5 pounds, if not more.11

To run 10 km without stopping!7

Mini goal is:
I'll be packing to move in 2-3 mos (leaving Tampa in Nov)... whatever clothing doesn't fit, goes. So, whatever weight I take off or don't take off determines which garments go to the Goodwill/dumpster & which will remain in the take-with-me pile.
I've never been overweight, but have added 20-lbs during the lockdown. No excuses, not blaming Covid... I was on the road constantly, so at times, could only eat whatever was available at convenience stores, gas stations or fast food joints I'd never otherwise utilize. Boy, did I miss homecooked food... I'm like an old prairie woman... I even bake my own bread.
No matter... I was glad those places were available on long stretches of road for days. Now, I'm returning to walking for miles/day & eating solid, homemade food. So, mini goal is to return to my normal weight before packing. Secondary goal is getting an at-home hold-me over-job 'til then.
All will be fine... I'm just putting my desires out into the Universe. Be well...

I just lost all the weight I put during 2020, and am working toward 199.10

I’m close to my first 20 lb loss. And my goal is to be under 300 lbs by the end of the month.15

I just got dumped. At 44. By someone I cared about a great deal. My mini goal is 10 pounds. I’m motivated to look better for me, and a little bit in the hopes of running into him in the future. It’s doubtful I’ll ever see him again (35 miles apart), but heart break is a driving motivational factor.32

I’ve just started a 2 week diet break at maintenance calories so I’m motivated to see how I get on during this period. It’s the first time I’ve tried this.11

{{{hugs}}} I was in the same boat back in March. Decided it was a good time to focus on me and get the body I wanted.14 -
Two pounds and I will have lost 50 pounds.
I am now playing with 'where do I want to maintain'.
Weird.

My mini goal is to stay below 180 lbs!13
-
Want to lose .3 lb to get into the 120's (I'm very short).11
-
Just bought new scales and found out I'm 6lbs heavier than I thought! Which has wiped out my 6lbs loss since I started a month ago (I know not really, I've still lost it). So feeling back to square one, but motivated that if I did it once I can do it again. So my mini goal is to ditch that half a stone!15

My mini goal is to log my calories for 30 days straight. Baby baby steps right now 😎20

Sounds crazy, but there is an idea that when I run, I would love to be able to run with my shirt off and not feel self-conscious. I am turning 50 later this year, and while I am in decent shape (if I ignore BMI Indexs) I imagine that I giggle probably more than I do. I do not have six pack abs, but there is something there.9
-
The beach. I went for the first time this year today and I'd like to see a lot less of me there LOL!13
-
To be fit and stronger11
-
I want my current weight to drop below my average weight for the past 12 months (yes, I had a back slide)9
-
My mini-goal is to lose 14 pounds in 7 weeks. I have a beach vacation with my wife coming up in mid-August. That loss will put me in the "normal" category for BMI for the first time in over 35 years.13
